The moon has always been a fascination for many cultures, dating all the way back to the stone age. Until the exploration of Luna by Astronauts, only the imagination filled what we as people could not. Many theories about the moon were created to fill in those gaps, of whats, wheres and whos. When man finally explored the lunar surface, many questions were answered as to what was up there. Suprisingly, alot of people were quick to say that the Lunar landings were in reality, faked. That instead of actually exploring the moon, the astronauts explored a sound stage.

The movie "The Greatest Story Ever Denied" deals with this topic, as well as other conspiracies dealing with NASA, UFOs, The U.S. Government, and other individuals as well. Regardless if it is fact or fiction, it is definitely entertaining. Open your mind, and give it a watch.

A little history about myself part 2...

I moved to Fresno, California after high school, to attend college. Not really knowing anyone other than my brother, I started to get to know his friends. His two friends were DJs, and long story short, I was amazed at how talented they are with their DJing. They definitely inspired me and influenced me on who I am today. Till today, I strive to be as good as them.

Everyone has always wondered why I go by the name Tide...well here is the answer to the question!

Basically, when I was younger, I was heavily involved in the rave scene in Fresno, California. And back then, most ravers had a nickname, that identified who they were. As I had always worn a T-Shirt that had the Tide detergent logo printed on the front, people would refer to me as Tide. In fitting with a Rave theme known as being a Candy Kid, I added boy, hence I became Tide Boy.

DJing for me was something I never thought I would actually have as a passion. I have many older cousins who were pioneers of the DJ scene in their respective locations, and I always watched them in awe, mixing away on these big grey turntables and fancy looking mixers. Seeing that at a young age, made me think of DJing in a high light. I will post another entry of how I got into DJing in the next post...

For the past 2 days, Ive been a wreck. I got maybe 4 hrs of sleep total, while the rest of the time was spent coughing my lungs out. Come to find out, I had contracted Bronchitis and an Ear Infection. Thank god they prescribed me Promethazine with VC-Codeine "Its basically knocks me out", as well as Azithromycin pills and an inhaler. Hopefully I should be one hundred percent by Wednesday!

Top 5 favorite saturday morning cartoon theme songs

Growing up in the eighties, I have fond memories of watching cartoons with my two older brothers every saturday morning. These theme songs are what definitely reminds me of my youth.

In no particular order

1. Tranzor-Z - I remember when me, my 2 older brothers, and my cousins, would always watch this on tv.

2. Go-Bots - Even though the cartoon sucked, I found the theme song memorable.

3. Transformers - Its Transformers, nuff said.

4. Conan the Barbarian Though this was more of a 90s cartoon, its got to be one of the most manliest theme songs ever. I mean Conan defeats his main enemy if the first 4 seconds of the introduction!

5. Dungeons & Dragons - Though there isnt really a theme song, I just had to post this, because this cartoon is probably my favorite of all time.
